Easy run
Since I didn't get a chance to run all day at work, I decided on an easy 30 minute run from home. Since daylight savings is now over, I was going to run out of daylight, so decided to stick to the streets, rather than going up on to the trails of Wellington Park and finding myself out in the dark. As I ran up the street close to home, the smell of Lamb chops filled the air.......mmmmmmmm. It's always great to finish a run and have a yummy dinner on the table when you get home.
